The main reason for data collection is for communication with clients via email and telephone.

Data may be collected by any member of staff within the company.

Data is stored in several places listed below, all of them are secure with antivirus software, encryption and firewalls, only certain members of staff have access to them.
- Our customer database hosted on AWS in the US.
- Emails on computers and Proton’s encrypted email server
- Physical files for quotes and contracts
- SendPulse (Email marketing company)
Who will it be shared with:
We do not regularly share data with any third party.
It is possible, but rare, that we may need to share some of your data with another company to allow us to successfully perform our work, but we will not do this unless we have your expressed permission.
Removal/Correction of data:
If you would like us to correct any of the data which we have for you, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, informing us of the correction.
If you are not a client and would like us to remove your data from our systems you can easily do so by sending an email to email@example.com and tell us you wish to be removed.
